Last updated: June 28, 2026
1. Acceptance of the terms
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Practi Agenda ("we", "the Platform"). By creating an account, checking the acceptance box or using any of our services, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Service description
Practi Agenda is a scheduling and management platform for service businesses (hair salons, barbershops, aesthetics, health and similar). It lets businesses ("Businesses") manage their calendar, team, service catalog and clients, and end consumers book appointments. We act as a software provider (SaaS); we are not a party to the service relationship between the Business and its end customer.
3. Registration and account
- You must be over 18 and have legal capacity to contract under Paraguayan law.
- The information you provide at registration must be truthful, complete and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Plans, payments and billing
Access to certain features requires a paid plan. Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and include the applicable taxes under current regulations. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand. Non-payment may result in suspension or limitation of access.
5. Acceptable use
The User agrees not to use the Platform to:
- Carry out unlawful activities or those that infringe third-party rights.
- Upload false, offensive, defamatory content or content that violates others' privacy.
- Attempt to breach the security, integrity or availability of the service.
- Reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Platform without written authorization.
6. Business responsibility for its clients
The Business using the Platform is the controller of the data of its own clients that it uploads or manages. Practi Agenda acts as processor on behalf of the Business. The Business warrants that it has a legal basis and consent to process such data in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, its code, brand, design and content are the property of Practi Agenda or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable and non-exclusive license to use the service in accordance with these Terms. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a license to host and process it in order to provide the service.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that Consumer Protection Law No. 1334/1998 grants to consumers.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or cancel access in the event of breaches of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. After termination, we will retain or delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms. We will notify relevant changes through the Platform or by email. Continued use after they take effect implies your acceptance.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Paraguay, without prejudice to the jurisdictions that apply to the consumer under mandatory rules.
